Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MCN Desk, the operating platform for creator networks available at https://mcndesk.com. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Each customer operates in its own isolated workspace. The person who creates the workspace is its Owner and may invite team members and assign roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for everything done under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@mcndesk.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may connect only YouTube channels that you own or are lawfully authorised to manage on behalf of their owner. You are responsible for holding the necessary agreements and consents from the creators whose channels, revenue and personal details you record in MCN Desk. We may suspend access to a channel if we receive a credible claim that it was connected without authorisation.

MCN Desk uses YouTube API Services. By using the service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your Google data at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of Google user data is described in our privacy policy.

MCN Desk is sold on subscription plans that include a stated number of active managed channels and internal team seats. An active managed channel is one that is connected, enabled and syncing during the billing period. Archived or disconnected channels keep their history and do not count towards your allowance.

New workspaces receive a 30-day trial with up to three live channels and no payment details required. At the end of a trial your data is retained, but syncing and other changes are paused until you choose a plan. Subscription fees are stated in US dollars and are charged in advance monthly or annually. We never charge a percentage of your YouTube revenue. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and may be performed only by the workspace Owner.

Revenue and performance figures are supplied by Google. Current-period amounts are estimates and change until Google finalises them. AdSense payments are the authoritative record of what is actually paid to the account holder. Creator and management share amounts are internal calculations based on the percentages you configure and are not figures reported by Google.

MCN Desk is a reporting and administration tool. It is not an accounting, tax, legal or financial advice service, and it does not make payments. You remain responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for payouts, invoicing, statutory accounts or tax filings.

Data freshness depends on Google’s reporting delay and API quotas. We display the last successful refresh for every figure and preserve the last known good data when a refresh fails. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance or change features. Support is provided by email at the level stated for your plan.

You must not:

• attempt to access another workspace’s data or circumvent role or plan restrictions;
• reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service except where your plan expressly permits it;
• use the service to breach the YouTube or AdSense terms, or to scrape or redistribute Google data; or
• upload unlawful content or use the service in a way that harms its security or performance.

You retain ownership of the data you enter and of the channel data you authorise us to import. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service. You may export your data at any time from the Reports page, and request deletion as described on our data deletion page.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where required by law or by Google. Except where a breach makes it impossible, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data before deleting it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms; the revised version takes effect when posted, and material changes will be notified to workspace owners by email. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
